Shipping costs
We prefer shipment via UPS, however it is also possible to use German Parcel Service.
The shipping costs will be calculated through a shipping costs calculator and added to the order. They include free delivery, packaging costs and provision of customs documents. The import sales taxes, commissions and customs duties levied by non-EU countries are borne by the recipient (customer).
For payments from non-EU countries, the transfer fee is also borne by the customer.
